PHOTOS/VIDEOS Art & Souls [A&S] reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by A&S without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. A&S may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by A&S including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, social media, television and websites.

TICKETS Tickets for classes are provided via the email address provided at the time of purchase. Students may check their email, spam folder, or payment provider (ie: PayPal) for confirmation of ticket purchase.

Class supplies, studio space, teachers, etc. are purchased ahead of time; tickets are fully transferrable, but non-refundable.

PAYMENT All tickets to classes must be purchased ahead of time to ensure we have the supplies needed for each student. The easist registration method is offered on our website using PayPal or a merchant provider.

If a student opts to not use online credit card purchases, a personal check may be provided.

1. Mail a check for the total registration cost visible in the class listing along with student name, email, and phone number to Art & Souls, Kelly Brinkmann, PO Box 62, Washington, MO 63090.

   2. Email the studio once a check is mailed to alert us about your desired registration at info@artandsouls.com.

   3. Once the check is received, the student will be added to the class, as maximum registration permits.

POTTERY PICK-UP Pottery is ready for pick-up at the studio within 2 weeks of the conclusion of class, except private wheel-thrown classes may have a longer pick-up period of up to 3 months. The studio will provide pick-up times for students to return to the studio after kiln firings to claim their work. The studio is unable to provide storage for all class projects. All work must be claimed within 30 days of the class date or projects will be discarded.

GROUPS Classes for groups are hosted during our public classes to ensure the most successful experience. Individuals in groups may purchase tickets online using our public ticket access to be sure we have contact information for each person. Tickets for groups are subject to all of our studio policies.
