Learn to make artful and edible creations at the Charcuterie Workshop and enjoy a night full of fun! Local food stylists from Salt & Light Cheeseboards will share their design tips and hacks so you can make your own beautiful artwork to serve and share this fall. Learn how to make flavor pairings with hands-on lessons for rolling and styling cured meats, cutting and displaying cheeses, fruits, and veggies to create a colorful and delicious palette.
Bring a charcuterie board (8” x 8”) to take home your styled work along with a knife and cutting mat. Beverages are welcome, but not provided by the studio.
This class focuses on making charcuterie food displays to take home; if you will be arriving hungry, please eat ahead of time (of you will eat your project!). Classes are fully transferrable, but not refundable.
